Print return form
Just carry out the instructions below for return an item:
  1. Please enter following return form completely and send it to us
  2. Please check the summary of your statements and generate the return form, if everything is correct
  3. Please print the return form and put it into your parcel
  4. Please do not send the parcel unless you have received our confirmation per e-mail. Depending on article and reason for return you will receive a DHL Freewayticket for shipement free of charge
  5. Please ship the parcel with DHL and do not forget to ask for a receipt. (Depending on the measurements of your parcel it is possible that it will be fetched by us)
What shall I do in case of ...
  • ... hidden damage during transport?  [more...]
    You have accepted the parcel because obviously it seems to be without damage. During unwrapping you note that there is a hidden transport damage. In this case we will send you a DHL Freewayticket and you will be able to return the parcel to our company without any forwarding charges or we will order DPD to fetch the parcel directly. If you return the parcel via DHL, please look for a post office with DHL counter. After we have received the goods we will replace them immediately.

    We will deliver the right goods immediately and you will receive a DHL Freewayticket for returning the wrong delivered goods at all post offices with DHL counter free of forwarding charges or we order DPD to fetch the goods directly.

    The end consumer may return the products purchased from us within 2 weeks of delivery of the order. If the order value exceeds at least 40,- € you will receive a DHL Freewayticket and you can return the parcel without forwarding charges or we order DPD do fetch the parcel directly.
    If you return the parcel via DHL, please choose a post office with DHL counter. If the order value is under the amount of 40,- € the forwarding charges are at the expense of the buyer. Please find more information concerning right of revocation.

We would like you to send us the item as parcel and please note that the post office will not deliver without postage (carriage paid).
