TUV Amalgam XPT lamps are long arc germicidal UVC lamps used in professional water disinfection devices. They combine high efficiency with relatively high power density. Thanks to their constant UVC output over their entire service life, these lamps can be dimmed to achieve the same UVC output as similar lamps on the market, while saving approximately 10% in energy. The special amalgam used allows for flexibility in system design and application temperature.
